Unable to access VM
It's my first time trying to access my VM. I pressed and held the 1 button, then it asked me to configure it.. i've put in a nip and it didn't take . Went back to access the VM and it asked me to enter a nip !!! ... tried the one that it didn't take, but it didn't go through .. i also tried the default one 1234 to no avail.
Any help would be appreciated

It seems that your sim card is locked look at this site maybe it will help : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-use-puk-code-to-unblock-my-sim-card

The Sim card works fine, it's just the VM which won't let me in. I can make and receive calls...
Guess i'll talk to the support, it's my voice mail which they need to reset/unblock.
