Add upgrades

Hi,

I have booked an appointment for an internet plan but found I could not add the 1$ rebate upgrades.

Could I ask if it needs me to cancel the appointment, unsubscribe the address, and then add the rebate?

First, you'll need to have at least one spot left. Check here : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-do-i-receive-my-rewards-program

You will be able to add it when your installation is completed.

You can only start adding upgrades once the internet plan is active. It becomes active once the installation is done. So you will have to wait until the installation is completed. Your plan is then activated and you can add the upgrades in the new slots you got!
