New install, no Internet

Hi!

I received my modem yesterday and I can't connect to the Internet. Easy Connect configuration doesn't seem to take. I choose a new network name and password but I can only see the default name in my list of available networks. I have no Internet if I connect to the network with that default name.

  • All correct lights are on (power, downstream, upstream, online, wireless)
  • I've tried turning the modem off and on again
  • I've done a factory reset
  • I've tried connecting via Ethernet
  • I've tried the 192.168.0.1 method
  • I'm testing my connection with both a laptop and a phone

Looking for solutions. Thanks!

    Problem solved by itself, no idea why.

    Samething happened to me too. After the modem connect to the internet, it takes around 25-30 min for update-restart-update-restart ritual :))
