My payment didn't go through so you blocked my account.

This morning, like 3 hours ago, I went online and did the payment, then made sure the info for the payment were right. I did the wrong order but still, the payment went through and I still don't have my service back. I need them today cause I will be traveling for the next couple days, starting later today. How can I get that fixed?

    @lilymariejo After the payment for a suspended service the reactivation can take around 2 hours, did you try to reboot the phone?

    Otherwise, contact the support as explained by KerberosMorphy
