Suddenly cannot place any phonecalls
Hello,
I need help. I currently have the Quebec with unlimited voice/text and 4GB data.
Every day, i call the regular people that i usually call in the morning.
This morning, i get that the current plan does not allow you to complete this call. please buy an add-on.
i restarted my phone and its the same thing.
I don't understand what is happening. My plan has 7 days before it expires. I changed it to Canada thinking maybe it will help but it will not kick in until next payment.
can anyone assist ?

i got it fixed.
Chatted with support and they helped. They suggested to check the mobile network if its connected to Fizz. Mine had Automatic Network and it was checked on. I disabled automatic network and selected Fizz manually.
After that, i went back to automatic Network and ticked the option back to on. I was then able to call and receive calls.
