Data speed on new simm install

I only get 3g turtle slow conncetion on my phone!

    Have you rebooted your phone? Is your phone configured to automatically configure data parameters? Do you have the correct APN settings? Is your phone connected to a LTE tower? Is it possible it is set to only connect (or preferred connection) to 3G?
