Voice Mail , not working

For some reason I can't access my voice mail. When prompted I enter my pin followed by the pound. The system then indicates I have two new messages, and does not go any further. DEAD.....

    I recommend that you contact technical support directly :

    Wait 5 seconds for the bubble "?" icon to appear at the bottom right of the browser and click on the icon to chat with support. (The business hours are every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST).)

    After the voice saying there's 2 messages press 33 33 33.

    Restarting you phone might fix it

    Or resetting your pin:

    • Login to your account
    • Go to My plans --> Manage account --> Advanced parameters --> Change PIN

    So happy friends cause I disabled my voicemail.... foreverer. My plan has no voicemail.
