JUST Got connected, internet keeps cutting out

The title says it all. The tech left not even an hour ago (paid for the full installation) and my internet has cut out 4 times now since he left. What's going on???

    Since you pay for the full installed, I would tried to chat with Fizz to get a technician to come back. To chat with technical support, you need to click on the link above and then click on the green bubble with a "?" on the bottom right corner.

    Have you tried rebooting the modem?

    Thanks for the reply! The reboot seems to have fixed it so far. If I run into any other issues I'll try chatting with them. Thanks :)
