I have a message saying activation pending with 0 data voice sms usage and get billed every month and use all services, when I click the view notifications link I have no option as it's supposed to be already activated.

Have you just activates your service? Sometime, there is a 2 hour wait time before the service is actually activated

Yes I've been using Fizz for two months already just in my account nothing shows.

Ok, maybe its just a website maintenance....
You should reach to customer service by chat tomorrow (before 9 pm) if it is not back to normal by then.
To do so, visit a FAQ page, i.e. https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-test-my-fizz-line and click on the green bubble with a "?" inside on the bottom right corner of the page. They will help you out.
