NO BOX whatsoever to enter referral code when activating internet

I have tried completing it 3 -4 times nowhere on the pages is there any box for a referral code. Even at the end when They ask me to accept the user agreement and confirm the transaction there is no box for a code. This is the second time I have this problem. Last time I thought I would see it after and got screwed over.

    Have you tried on a different browser?

    Its supposed to be under "Order summary" where you see the total amount and taxes...

    I'm on that page and there is no box whatsoever for referral code.

    Is there a limit of referrals? I referred someone about 2 weeks ago
