Wifis not back

Hi, my service was suspended and I made a payment to reactivate it last night and receive email confirmation that service was back on and also in my account it says. Right it hasn’t comeback yet, if you could verify please. I also restarted the router few times and still nothing. It already happened in the past but service was back and running within the next 30 mins.

    Wifi is back but it bugs a lot, comes and goes.
