My internet got suspended and I can't reactivate it
My internet got suspended because my credit card was lost and I had to deactivate it.
Updated my payment method and I still got suspended and had not the internet for two days. I'm wondering how much longer I need to wait for Fizz to actually recognize that I have updated my payment method and reactive my service.
I haven't found any live contact method so I have left a message on FB but haven't got any responses yet.

Your best bet would be to reach out to Fizz support but to get the Green question mark you have to be in one of the knowledge base articles.
Simply visit https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue and go to the green question mark on the bottom right of the page.
NOTE: You may need to turn adblocker off to go ahead and see it.
