I can't access the voice line and the text message after a line transfert.
I have a notification on my cellphone that indicate my sim card is not provisioned for voice.
I need help please.
There another person here in the forum with the same issue, i suggest you chat with fizz directly.
It means porting not done yet. Make sure you answered YES on sms sent by losing provider to your OLD sim.
Give it full 12 hours. Reboot phone, and see.
