Sorry to see you leave.
The process to cancel both your plan and number is described at https://fizz.ca/en/faq/unsubscribe#1 . It basically tells you to go in your account, choose Manage (mobile plan) and click Unsubscribe.

You need login fizz user portal, go to plan and cancel there .
