It says my appointment to install my wifi is completed but it’s not?

Hi I just moved and I am supposed to have an appointment for someone to come re-installer my rooter (wifi) between 12 and 5. No one has come yet and in my profile it says the appointment is completed. Is this normal?

    What do you mean by "re-install"? If you moved and brought the modem with you, check to see if any coaxial cable comes out of a wall and plug your modem to it. Maybe the tech just checked that your place gets the signal it requires.

    Otherwise no I do not think it is normal.

    ALTERNATIVELY, try leaving a message on Facebook Messenger (https://www.facebook.com/fizzca), iMessage or Twitter private. The advantages of Fizz tool are the management of waiting times and the ability to print (e.g. PDF) a copy of the conversation for your records.
