Is there anybody who could add credit card for buying phone?

Hi all,

From yesterday, I could not add any credit card to purchase a phone from the Fizz website, I tried more than 6 different credit cards and different accounts. Also, I can't pay with the added credit card which pays my Internet plan currently!

Could you help me what I must do?

    Try chatting with Fizz technical support as they have access to your account and any refusal or error codes your credit card company gave them.

    go to Fizz website (or this URL) https://fizz.ca/fr/faq/que-faire-si-je-narrive-pas-me-connecter-mon-compte-fizz then click the green icon with the " ? " which is on the bottom right of the screen. Then you can choose which platform to chat.
