Technician No Show

Hi there!

I had an appointment to install my internet between 7:30am to 12:00pm today, but the technician never showed up (it's 3:30pm now). I don't mind waiting, but would be good to know whether he was running late or no longer coming. What do I do? My work relies on being connected and I need my internet set up quite urgently. Thanks!

    Unfortunately it happens sometimes that either Vidéotrons technicians show up late (previous customer installation took more time than planned) or simply never showed up (happened to my dad twice).

    You will have to reschedule your appointment on Fizz' website. I know, this really is a pain (trying to stay polite)
