Do I need a new SIM card?

Hi,

Switched to Samsung s20 about a month ago. Ever since I put in my sim to this phone I keep getting service interruptions throughout the day. Ie: I'll be texting someone and after 3 texts that have gone through they just stop sending and it becomes undeliverable. By that point I can't make any calls out but I can receive calls and texts. Once I power down and restart it goes back to normal.

I see the phone is connected to Fizz and I reinstalled the APN parameters.

I've had 2 phones on this sim card already in the last year and I've never had these issues.

Can it be the sim?

    I would first try a network reset. If the issue persist try cleaning your SIM card. It should work.
