How do I unsubscribe if I haven't received my equipment yet?

I would like to unsubscribe unless I can find a way to get my equipment today.

    Go to my plans, click on manage plan of your pending internet plan and cancel appointment. I assume you are talking about internet, correct?

    You can cancel your service (or service to eventually come) on Fizz' website. Logon, go to the service you ordered and select Cancel service.

    There is no way on the fizz website to cancel the service.
