My internet has stopped working. I unplugged, checked the coaxial cable, did the factory reset. It still does not work. I checked "my plans" there I have no bill for the home internet. I tried to make a new account to connect to the modem but I cannot use my address as it's already used by me, but I can't remember the login details

if u still able to access your email from the account. just choose forgot the password and they will send a link to your email when you create the account.
if u unable to access your email. u need to contact the Fizz support (https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us) choose Step 2
