can't connect to cell, only wifi
The data usage suddenly shot up, and would only let me coinnect to wifi.
I don't know why.
I deleted an app used for authentication connecting with my account software which seemed to have caused that problem.
I am told by fizz I have plenty of rollover credits,yet I can't use them.

Start by rebooting your phone...
If problem persist, phones have options to turn off data.

That sounds strange. Are you by any chance in the FizzEXT network!? If your data usage shot up, maybe Fizz blocked the access (provided that you have been in the EXT network for three months).
Otherwise, check on you mobile phone. Most phones have a protection built in that disables data once a monthly cap is reached. Maybe such a setting is active in your case. Hope it helps.
