Call connection issues

Hello,


In recent months my phone has difficulty making and receiving calls.

In some cases people trying to reach me get a "call cannot be connected at the moment" message.

I was previously with Rogers and never had this issue.

Please help.

    Put your setting on : gsm\wcdma\lte. NOT gsm\wcdma\lte\5g

    Or

    Put on: 2g\3g\4g NOT 2g\3g\4g\5g

    And restart
