It's the second day I am not receiving phone calls.

I've tried any things, with restart, reset my phone (Samsung S10e). I put my SIM card on another phone, and there it's calling, but after a delay for 10 seconds between the tons.

When I put the Telus's SIM card to my Samsung it's working perfectly.

I saw a topic from yesterday with a same problem. Does Fizz have a bug?

    Hi,

    I'm having the same issue. People cannot call me, they say it rings once, then they get dead air for about 5 seconds, and then it goes to voicemail.

    It seems to be an issue with the network... Hope it gets resolved soon.

    Same issue for me. The calls to my phone's gets instantly on the voicemail. People that calls me says it only ring once then get to the voicemail.


    A friend of mine have the same issue. Something is messed up with the network.

    Me and girlfriend missing many many calls

    very difficult to call also: sometimes up to 1..2 minutes before phone "gets a line"

    sometimes, the phone even cancels the call completely ... any clues ?

    Same issue for me and my wife, at different moments in the day. Can Fizz please answer that they are aware of the problem ?
