Can make calls and send texts. Have 12.7Gb in my bank.

Verified APN network settings and reinstalled.

    Are you in the Home Network or Roaming Network? If you are in the Roaming Network, make sure roaming is activated on your phone.

    Thank.you so much for answering.

    I am in the Home network. I just checked my Sim status and it says Mobile Network Status: Disconnected.

    I tried to tap it to change but doesn't give me choice to.

    Anyhow thanks again! I guess I'll find out how goo their support is!

    It could also be that your SIM Card might have a problem. Do you receive calls and texts?
