Should I cancel my current internet before Fizz is activated?

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can answer this. I have my net with Teksavvy. to switch to Fizz, do I need to cancel my Teksavvy? or I can cancel it after Fizz is up and running?

    Same here, cancelled Vidéotron after Fizz was setup and I could test it worked properly.

    Cancelled Teksavvy the day that Fizz was working.

    Fizz has great pricing, but it's because it's effectively cross subsidized by Videotron.

    Feel sorry for the little guys since when they are gone you can bet the prices will go up again.

    Hopefully, the CRTC will require access to the wholesale networks at saner pricing.

    And allow MVNOs as well.

    You can wait, I cancelled ebox just after was sure that my fizzinternet was working

    I have my installation appointment for tomorrow. Hopefully it will work as you said.

    I agree with you, I didn't really want to leave Teksavvy, but pricing has gone crazy. I'm paying 56$ for 20mbps.
