    The free voicemail upgrade was supposed to be replaced by a 2$ monthly rebate but I only received a 1$ rebate is this normal? Did anyone get the 2$ rebate upgrade?

      Technically Fizz can change their upgrades any time. Having said that, since you already activated the upgrade for 2$ it should indeed reduce your bill by 2$. This must be a bug. Please reach out to Fizz support so that they can adjust it manually (Settings--> Contact Forms --> green chat bubble).
