I want to change my plan for your promotion plan you have advertised at 36? with 3 meg of data, how do I do that

    You just have to go to your account > overwiew > manage > adjust plan > change plan > you put 3gb of data , un limited call and text , coverage you want , at 36 you have Canada but you can take Québec if you dont need more coverage and put the voicemail if you want and you have that plan as you want.

    one of the best and amazing features of Fizz is the possibility to change your plan monthly. you can add or remove features like vms, sms, data, international calls, add-ons....absolutely amazing !!!

    Just go to my plan and change it. It will be effective next billing cycle.
