Bypassing the Fizz Proprietary Device?

Hello!

I was wondering if anyone knows if it's currently possible to bypass the Fizz proprietary router/modem. I have my own managed router I want to use as a standalone rather than bridged and I've only found one ISP that allows their consumers to completely bypass the proprietary devices, but they charge so much for the same service

Does anyone know if this is at all possible?

Thanks for your time!

As @Dgjf said, you can bypass the router part by setting it in bridge mode and using your own router (you won't have to play with subnets and things like that as if using multiple routers), but you can't bypass it as a cable modem.

As other members said you can bypass the router by setting it in bridge mode.

I just wish we could use our modems instead.
