Fizz Dashboard Issue

Hi Everyone,


I have been using fizz web version and has been trying to change my payment method. However, I was unable to get to the payment page by clicking through the dashboard. Most of the page button on my setting seems to be unclickable for me I was only able to see referral page for some reason. Does anyone know why this is?

    Hmm, weird. You can try the standards, such as clearing cache, using incognito mode or change browser. Have you tried to use your mobile phone?

    Hi Joshase,

    sometimes the website is long for loading new pages so you can try waiting a little after you clicked the button and if it really doesn’t work you will need to go on the website but on a computer, it will work!

    I had similar display/logging issues this morning with the desktop version. Relogging or changing cookies, cache, incognito or browser didn't do it.

    Had to change VPN location to get around this. Mine blocks ads so maybe a new rule somewhere.
