My IMEI is correct but fizz says its not, what do I do?

I'm trying to transfer my phone number but received a notification from Fizz that my IMEI is incorrect. I verified it again and again and it is correct. I'm really stuck what to do, i tried to contact them but can't find a way to do so,. Please, help me, thanks.

    Maybe tour current provider have an opd IEM in is file.

    Connect on your current provider and you should be able to see the IEM link to your account.

    Have you tried to contact Fizz support directly? Maybe their technical department can help you?
