Perks by level table?

I remember there was a table with all perks and gifts for reaching various levels but I lost it... Is it somewhere still around?

BUT be aware this is not up to date and Fizz can change perd without notification. For example level 4 dont give a 2$ rebate for the internet.
So dont trust to mutch this perk array :)

What did you get on level 4 (and when)? Are the rebates varying per membership, time of year, other criteria?
I got 2$ on level 4 earlier this month:

For me its just confirm the data is not clear i didnt get it. I think they use more variable than only the level. But maybe im wrong :)
