Since the redesign of the forum, the fastest way is to help people and actively participate in the forum. This is what most people do if they want to level up. Fizz is currently revamping the whole loyalty structure and they will introduce new incentives in the future. Right now, the best would probably to just participate in the forum.
Apart from that you get points for badges as well as when you pay your bill.

Buy a cellphonw you will get about 3 points per $

the best way so far is to answer questions asked in the community form. if you know an answer speak up.
it might seem to take a long time , but little by little you'll get there.
Actually your currently doing the best way possible, ask questions here. if the point structure hasn't changed it tends to get you the highest yield.
There is no dumb questions, just uninformed people.

A) One option would be to upgrade your internet/cell plans (more dollars ---> more points).
B) Buy a phone, as mentionned previously
C) Reply and participate in different threads (3 pts by answer). Hope to be the «best answer» (50 pts).

Here's an easy way to get 100 points :
- Add someone to your Fizz contacts for the first time will give you the "Amigo" badge = 50 pts
- Gift data to a friend for the first time will give you the "Hero" badge = 50 pts
All badges give 50 points but these two are the easiest to get.

To give data you need data on your plan. Its a good idea if you have the abillity :)
