    How come we cannot get volte if they say

    YES WITH VIDEOTRON on my screenshot

      To use the VoLTE feature, you need to meet the following conditions:

      Have a VoLTE-compatible device.

      Have a VoLTE SIM card

      Activate the VoLTE feature in your account (videotron)

      SRC: Videotron

      Maybe it will be offered soon...

      On my screenshot, its written : volte with videotron ...Yes.

      But we dont have it...

      So you say Videotron offers it but Fizz does not?

      I say that my phone is compatible with volte using videotron network. But i cannot make call on volte , fizz doesn't support it yet i think! Or maybe i need a volte sim?

      Fizz just reuse the information from videotron. So your phone support it but not the network that it.

      Its juste like the 5G many phone support it bu Fizz dont use 5G yet.

      So what the cellphone is able to do and whatb the carried di is two distinct thinks.
