Print my phone bill with address appearing

Hi! How can I print my recent phone bill with my name and address appearing on it? I need an official bill to prove my current address. The contract sheet is not accepted by the governmental authority asking for this proof of residence. Thanks!

    Got it!

    Found the address in the downloadable PDF of Service agreement.

    My plans ► Manage Plan (mobile) ► Service Agreement ► PDF "Mobile Services Agreement.pdf"

    If your SIM was delivered to your home address you can print the Order History page into a PDF. Mine shows it.

    1. Go into My profile ► Order history (Sim Card, see details) .
    2. just print the page from your browser.

    I don't see my address in the mobile order history itself but that page should suffice for many organisms requesting such "proof".

    What about the subscription contract that was sent to you when you activated your plan. This one has your address on it and should suffice.
