As mentioned, perks cannot be roll over. Same with bonus/gifts. Only you data plan can be roll over.

Hi Palax.
No, perks have an expiration date, and when expired, they are gone.
On the other hand, upgrades can be rolled over just like normal data.

The bonus are in the rollover.
(But perks and gifted data are not.)
