I had a double payment today + an email saying that the payment didn't go through.
Trying to find the hours the customer service is open is looping back to the Solution Hub welcome page. If it is open at this moment, I can't see the chat bubble.
How do I get this issue resolved ?

Chat is the best way to reach Fizz. They are 24/7 as stated at https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us
To chat:
1- Go to a FAQ page e.g. https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues
2- At the bottom right, look for the big green question mark
3- Click it, a bubble will appear
4- Type in your question
5- Just *AFTER* the number of customers preceding you will be displayed in order to manage your expectations. It's updated in real time.
The "?" is not visible?
- make sure no browser extension blocks its appearance (ad blocker or plugins like "NoScript").
- make sure javascript is enabled.
- try with a different browser

Fizz seem to have a problem with payement this morning. The support should be full of call. Im sorry but you should wait and retry the support but im sure the team is aware of the problem. Have a nice day

The problem append to all client who paid today so you cant do mutch exept tell it to the support and wait. Have a nice day5 -

Theres a lot of people having payment issues. Plz, don't ask for help at support, its a Known bug. Report it if there's still a problem in a couple day!

Fizz have some trouble with the payment. Please don't contact them about it. They are working on it. If the problem is still there after couples of days, contact them!
