how do i access my router settings in order to step by step block adult sites from my router,

I need to go to my router settings so i change DNS into one that blocks adult sites, please help

  Go to the Fizz modem interface by typing 192.160.0.1 on a web browser. Connect you with your password and you should find the DNS option. Have a nice day
