Yes I re-start many times the Modem,
Yes I delete and re-install my App on my mobile and tablet
Yes I reset the Modem from 0,
Yes I ask the community and find many questions like mine NOT answered !
Have you a humain team Fizz ?!
because despite of yours answers made like a FAQ style, I don't find any solution at all !
I still need to control the Wifi in my house and I am not able to do it, thanks FIZZ !

Hi Laurent
Another option is to change your modem settings on a browser.
Go to http://192.168.0.1/login.htm (username: cusadmin and your wifi password)

You can always use the web based version in your browser: http://192.168.0.1 and use cusadmin for the username and your wifi password as the password. Have you tried on another phone/tablet?3 -
I also tried to connect to the IP address and it is not accessible.3

I also tried to contact the support, but if you know how we can reach someone easly I would be gratefull ! I just turn around into the forum or the social options like messenger or twitter and still .. when I send a message it says it may take time to answer... it make no sense !3

If you try on a computer or laptop, you can Live chat with Fizz support at any time:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Click on one of the help links from the Solution Hub, like this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-manage-my-fizz-account
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

You can control it without the app like Fizzy said.
Do you use the modem fizz as router ou do you have your own router ? If you have your own router you have to make setting on it.
Do you try to reset the modem to is factory setting ? Maybe you has made a changed who create the problem ?
Yes sure Fizz has a team and they are human. They have customer who can help you too here (im not sure if Fizzy and Mike are human but the reste yes ).
Its an problem but not really a problem of Fizz in my opinion its dans hardware/software problem so please dont be mad we juste have to find a solution Have a wonderfull day2 -
