I keep getting a SIM not supported error when trying to activate

My iphone SE is unlocked and the software is up to date but I cannot active my new SIM card on my phone. I have tried the SIM it in another iphone and it seems to work fine. Please help! This is my primary work and personal line and having no service all evening is very stressful. I am regretting my decision to switch to Fizz.

Hello JJ, as a Iphone SE owner I can confirm that the SIM card should work on your iPhone. You could confirm that your iPhone is really unlocked through imei checker webpage.

You can get your phone IMEI in the phone settings->About it's in the last part of the page in the primary section.
If it is indeed unlock, you could try another sim card. If the other card work and the fizz one is still not working.
Fizz have an online support team. You can reach them through facebook messenger and there is also a live chat.
