Some cell phones have built-in FM radio capabilities that need to be authorized and activated through Fizz. App says I need to have provider authorize. What steps need to be followed to activate this functionality ? Thanks.

Hi Dennis,
I'm not sure of what to say, but for me I use Tune in for radio.
I read in some post that you need internet acces to activate the radio even if you have the built-in FM radio.
FIZZ have no post on that topic, but maybye if you contact FIZZ support you will have more answers.
If you have an answer feel free to share in the community.
To contact support by chat you must be within hours of operations for a quick response, otherwise leave your message and they will contact you.

Assuming this is a Fizz supplied phone, you would need to contact Fizz to have it activated. The real question is why was it deactivated. If it's a BYOD, then you're probably out of luck with Fizz.6

Dennis,
If you want a radio application, you can download the free application: Tune in.
Or contact the Fizz customer service by chat if you want more help.5
