It can be a problem in your sector due to the weather conditions.
If you have problems with the chat, logout before click on it
Only the support can validate this
1- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open any one of the help links above.
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.7 -
I'm trying it and I don't have any ad blocker but when I click on the green question mark in the bottom right corner, nothing happens6

You have to be connected to your account to chat with Fizz. You can also try Messenger.9
