Hi,
Does Fizz block port 25500/25000? I had acces like 4 hours ago but now its not accesible.

Please try restarting your modem.
If there is an issue, you can try a factory reset of the modem. Press and hold the small button on the back of the modem with a paper clip for 10+ seconds. Then wait 3-4 minutes before trying. You will have to re-enter the codes shown on the modem initially.
You can check the modem admin settings via your browser:
http://192.168.0.1/login.htm
user:cusadmin and your wifi password
Menu: Basic >> Port Forwarding
If the problem continues, you can contact customer support by chat:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a Fizz help page like this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-install-my-wi-fi-modem
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.13 -
Also forgot to mention its doesnt work on my LTE too (also with fizz)11

Joäo, Fizz home internet and mobile services are not related.
This is possibly an issue with your device or with the software you want to use.12 -
If I use a VPN it works with no problem. I'll try to factory reset the modem13

I just checked on Videotron's twitter and it looks like it some areas has problem. There is even someone who is not able to connect to Netflix, but they can connect to Amazon Prime video. And videotron replied that their team is working on it.12
