why is my mobile data not working?

My mobile data stopped working, already tried rebooting my phone, airplane mode, and all the solutions they say on the similar questions. No one from Fizz is getting back to me on any chat. How do I solve this issue?

Do you have data in your mobile?
Do you have Fizz Ext? If you are under Fizz Ext you need to enable the data roaming
Do you have any message on the phone?
I will not tell you how to contact the support since you already did it8 -
Hi Mike, I am under Fizz Ext and data roaming is enabled, but still doesn't work. I don't have any message on my phone. How can I solve it? Thanks8

Can you try to disable the 4G and select manually Bell or Rogers 3G
Android: Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Network operators → Search networks
iPhone: Settings → Operators9 -

I am having the SAME problem.
My data isn't working on Fiz EXT today.

Yes I have the Canada wide plan. It seems like many others if not all fizz members are having this problem. There is not much clarity coming from Fizz' side. If something is off it would be better knowing than not. Similar issue happened with my Fizz wireless internet a couple weeks back resulted in me having to cancel and join someone else. I hope there's some help soon or else I may need to unfortunately cancel again.9

I'm switching company and cancelling with Fizz. Their costumer service is always terrible.7

Out of curiosity, do you use an Android or Apple Device?

Very very annoying i’m currently in vancouver .. nothing work and my other phone tho with anothing sim.. Cant even put the Gps map so im lost lol3

Same issue here. Canada-wide plan with tonnes of data left. Fizz EXT prompting to "sign in to network" and data is inaccessible.3
