Did you try on your phone setting? Is it from your number or others.
In that case you may have to contact Fizz support.
To contact support by chat you must be within hours of operations for a quick response, otherwise leave your message and they will contact you.
1- Log in to your account
2- In the right corner (bottom) click on the “?” and type your question in the little “chat”.
Otherwise, simply leave a message on the platform of your choice, be it Facebook Messenger, iMessage, WhatsApp or privately on Twitter.

When someone calls you and the call display shows "unknown" number, it means the caller has blocked their number or kept it private.
When you call someone and they see "unknown" number, it means that you have blocked your number. In this case, you can change this setting on your phone dialer app. Which phone model are you using?
Let us know if you are having issues with people calling you or when you are calling others.
If the issue is happening when others are calling you, the source is coming from their end (either their phone setting or their provider setting).
If the issue is happening when you call others, you need to check your phone dialer settings.
Fizz does not provide the option to block caller id.7 -
