Do you have actual new phones?

I purchased a "New" phone through your Beta program and made sure to not seclect a "preloved" phone. Yet, i just opened my box (Jan 19 2021) and there are scratches on the phone and charger. Do you not have any new phones at all..is that it? See attached.

2- The green chat bubble with the ? should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
3- Click on it, and select chat if available, or any other option

This is a case for FIZZ support.

To contact support by chat you must be within hours of operations for a quick response, otherwise leave your message and they will contact you.

1- Log in to your account
2- In the right corner (bottom) click on the “?” and type your question in the little “chat”.

Otherwise, simply leave a message on the platform of your choice, be it Facebook Messenger, iMessage, WhatsApp or privately on Twitter.
