Hi,
I paused my laptop last night using the mobile app on my phone. Now the app no longer works on my phone, the app does not connect to my modem despite the internet working on the rest of the phone apps.
Please help

You have couple of options
.
Use the browser to connect the modem admin page
1- Connect to your Wi-Fi network.
2- Open the browser on any device, and enter the address 192.168.0.1
3- Log in using these credentials:
- Username: cusadmin
- Password: (Enter your password, the one you chose when you initially configured your network)
4- Security > Device Filter

Make a modem reset
If any changes have caused a problem, you can factory reset your modem at any time.
Using a thin, pointed object, hold the restart button on the Wi-Fi modem for 10+ seconds.
Once your modem has restarted, follow the same instructions as when you first installed it.
IMPORTANT: this operation will reset any changes that have been made to the settings of your Wi-Fi modem to date. You may also have to reconfigure the Wi-Fi settings of your devices (network name, password, etc. .)
The default username of your Wi-Fi network, as well as the corresponding password, are written on a sticker affixed to the back of your Wi-Fi modem (Default Wi-Fi network and Default key).
Or empty the app data and cache

Please, try a reset of your modem.
Please, with a sharp object, push on 35,40 seconds the reset button back in the center of the modem and released it after.
Wait about 2,3 minutes to see the lights of the modem coming back.
If your computer is directly connected to the modem, you'll see on the screen:
Easy connect
Types twice the factory password key back of the modem.
Your connexion is supposed to be 100% functionnal.
Connect all of your devices on your wifi-network with the same default password key.1 -
