If you unsubscribed to home internet by mistake, you can go back on your account to cancel the unsubscription order.
If any questions, you can Live chat with Fizz support:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a Fizz help page like this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-unsubscribe-from-fizz-home-internet
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.11 -
You can cancel your unsubscription as fizzy explained.
If you leave, you can always come back as a new subscriber too. If you maintain your Fizz account (with other Fizz services), then you can keep your fizz perks/bonus/gifts.8 -

To contact support by chat you must be within hours of operations for a quick response, otherwise leave your message and they will contact you.
1- Log in to your account
2- In the right corner (bottom) click on the “?” and type your question in the little “chat”.
Otherwise, simply leave a message on the platform of your choice, be it Facebook Messenger, iMessage, WhatsApp or privately on Twitter.7 -
