Hi there,
In order to sign up for fizz, do we have to live in quebec or montreal to get our sim card ?
I have entered my address in BC but it says it not a covered area .... How do I do ?

The Fizz subscription area is only Quebec province and Ottawa region

You can do only if you live in the subscription area (Quebec and greater Ottawa area).

The mobile plans must be used mostly in the province of Quebec, or the Ottawa region. The reason is quite simple: Fizz operates in Videotron network. Outside becomes roaming on Rogers network. So it would cost them more in roaming charges for people using Fizz mostly on partner Networks1

Fizz is not a national provider.
You can only subscribe to a Fizz mobile plan if you are living in the green susbcription area of the province of Quebec and in the Ottawa area.1 -
It’s too bad you can’t join this community:( but like it was said, fizz use the Vidéotron network, which is not a national network.1
