Why is Fizz website never work as expected?

Is it just me, but I have to get all my receipt one time each year. Last year my receipt had crazy characters in it, and now the Transactions History page won't load. Is it like that every other day in the year or I'm just lucky?

The website currently has some issues to deal with. I am experiencing problems as well.5

Yeah, there are sometimes issues. Have you tried to use an other browser? Also, if you understand French, sometimes changing language help too.5

Hi Martin, regarding the transaction history I have to click on 2020 to see them appearing (see attached pictures). Hope this help!7

It works most of the time. There are the odd bugs here and there, so it can be a finicky website.
Have you tried all the suggestions?
- Try changing the language and/or refresh the page.
- Clear the browser cache and open a new tab in private mode.
- Try changing the year (if you have the option).
- Try different browser and/or another device.

Fizz website is still experiencing problems today.
If you need to access to your invoices (click on: my plans - transaction history), it works.2 -
The website seems to be very unstable since few weeks.. maybe too many new customers1
