Appointment

I am not sure if the technician already arrived and left. I still have 2 hrs. I live in a multi unit bulding. It is cold outside to wait just outside for 2 hrs and make sure I meet the technician. This is so frustrating.

    The technician must ring at your doorbell, you do not need to wait outside

    If you have a problem with the doorbell, you can leave a note

    Mike said it all, technician will ring. If bell doesn't work, leave a note.

    Thank you for your responses. I had also live chat assistance and as instructed I left the note at the front door asking the technician to call me when he reaches. He called me and my appointment was successful. Thank you very much. I appreciate.
